Circumcision

We perform circumcisions for orphaned and underprivileged children in Africa who have been unable to undergo the procedure due to a lack of hygienic and medical facilities, under the supervision of expert medical teams in sterile clinical conditions.

Circumcision, which is part of the natural disposition of Islam and a well-established Sunnah of our Prophet (peace be upon him), is also a vital surgical procedure that provides lifelong protection against urogenital infections and infectious diseases. In rural areas of Africa, however, thousands of children—due to poverty and inadequate healthcare infrastructure—are either unable to undergo circumcision or are subjected to the procedure using primitive and unsanitary methods, putting them at risk of serious disabilities and life-threatening infections. As the Paye Humanitarian Aid Association, we are preparing these little ones for a healthy future through mass circumcision campaigns organized in rural areas with our volunteer and contracted local surgeons.

How Do We Work? (Operations and Maintenance Process)

Sterile Surgical Procedures: Surgeries are performed by specialist physicians under local anesthesia using single-use, sterile medical surgical instruments.

Circumcision Attire and Gift-Giving: To turn this special day into a celebration rather than a traumatic experience for the children, they are dressed in traditional circumcision attire, and their spirits and joy are lifted with toys and treats.

Registration and Updates: We share photos and videos of the organizational stages of the mass circumcision celebration and the children’s joyful moments with our donors.
