Hot Meal Distribution

In regions where poverty and the food crisis are felt most acutely, access to a regular, hot, and nutritious meal is a matter of life and death for thousands of people.

For households that lack the fuel to cook dry food, pots, or clean water, the distribution of ready-to-eat, nutritious hot meals becomes their only and most precious hope of the day. As the Paye Humanitarian Aid Association, we deliver hot meals—prepared in accordance with hygiene standards at our mobile and stationary soup kitchens—to rural village communities. You can either sponsor a single person’s daily hot meal, or you can celebrate your joyous occasions or honor the memory of your loved ones by hosting a feast for hundreds.

How Do We Work? (Preparation and Distribution Process)

Nutritious Meals and Hygienic Cooking: Fresh meat, rice, legumes, and vegetables sourced from local markets are carefully cooked in large pots under the supervision of skilled chefs.

Mass Distribution and Meal Service: Hot meals are served warm to children, the elderly, and those in need in orderly lines, using trays or large containers.

Name and Intention Banner (For Group Meals): For group meals costing 15,000 ₺—such as those held for weddings, Mevlid celebrations, vows, or in memory of deceased loved ones—the donor’s name and intention are written on a banner, and prayers are offered.

Video Recording and Delivery: Footage of the meal being prepared, the opening of the pots, the prayer session during which the donor’s name is read, and moments of the children eating are shared with our donors via video and photos.
