You can donate online through our website with a credit or debit card, or send your donation to our bank accounts by bank transfer. When transferring, writing the donation type and your name in the description helps us direct your donation correctly.
Our bank accountsYes. Payments are processed on the bank's 3D Secure infrastructure and encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Your card details are never stored on our website, and your personal data is processed only for donation and information purposes under the Turkish data protection law (KVKK).
Your donations reach people and communities in need in Türkiye and abroad, in line with the purposes set out in our bylaws. A donation you make for a specific project (e.g. a water well, a home or a cataract surgery) is used only for that project.
Yes. We deliver the zakat you entrust to us to people in real need, in accordance with the purpose of zakat. You can choose "Zakat" among the donation options and give any amount you wish.
Yes. During Eid al-Adha and throughout the year, we act on your behalf to slaughter your Qurban, vow and aqiqah sacrifices in accordance with Islamic principles and deliver them to those in need.
As a rule, donations are not refunded. However, if there was a technical error or a duplicate transaction, just contact us; we will review it and make the refund.
Cancellation and Refund PolicyYes. The receipt and thank-you note for your donation are sent to the contact details you provide while donating. If you have not received them, just write to us.
Yes. You can donate online with your card from abroad, or send a transfer to our US dollar and euro accounts.
