Explicit Consent Declaration Regarding Personal Data Processing
In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), I have been thoroughly informed through the Privacy Notice provided by Paye Humanitarian Aid Association ("Association"), acting in its capacity as data controller, regarding the legal bases, purposes of processing, transfer categories, and my statutory rights.
Within this scope, I hereby give my EXPLICIT CONSENT freely and without any reservation for the processing, secure storage, and transfer of my specified personal data for the following purposes:
1. Scope of Explicit Consent & Processing Purposes
- Visual, Audio & Proxy Records: Reciting, recording, and displaying donor identity details, intentions, and dedication names on banners, plaques, and video footage during field operations (e.g., Qurban sacrifice, water well inaugurations, permanent shelter handovers, and communal meals).
- Field Reporting & Media Delivery: Delivering personalized completion footage, sacrifice videos, opening ceremony media, donation receipts, and field reports directly to my designated mobile phone via WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Communications & Appeal Bulletins: Receiving corporate notifications, humanitarian appeal updates, Ramadan/Qurban campaign alerts, and general informational bulletins through SMS, WhatsApp, and electronic mail.
- Analytics & Cookies: Optimizing donation user flows and browsing preferences via non-essential analytical and performance cookies on the Association's digital platforms.
2. Domestic & Cross-Border Data Transfers
I consent to the transfer of the aforementioned personal data, under Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, to:
- On-site logistical and field coordination teams operating in project zones across Africa, the Middle East, and emergency response areas;
- Third-party communication providers, bulk SMS gateways, secure messaging infrastructures (WhatsApp / Meta), and cloud hosting platforms utilized to deliver verification videos and receipts.
3. Right of Revocation
I acknowledge that I retain the right to revoke this explicit consent at any time without providing justification by submitting a written notice to [email protected] or via our official communication channels.
